Mental Resiliency Training.
Discover the core competencies of resilience and overcome the negative effects of your past and gain the soft-skills necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving workforce environment.
Rebuild the
inner architecture.
Improve your Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Optimism, Mental Agility, and Connection.
These are the five soft-skills employers say they value most — and the ones that trauma, poverty, and instability most often erode. Our program treats resilience as a skill: something that can be measured, practiced, and built in community with mentors, peers, and a local church that walks alongside you.
Most participants complete Mental Resiliency Training before entering our CompTIA program. It is the foundation beneath everything else we teach.
Five competencies.
One grounded life.
Self-Awareness
Learn to name what you feel, what you need, and what has shaped how you show up in the world.
Self-Regulation
The practical skill of staying in the room — with a boss, a family member, a memory — without collapsing or exploding.
Optimism
Not naive hope. The trained ability to see what remains possible when circumstances say otherwise.
Mental Agility
Holding more than one truth at a time. Changing your mind on evidence. Solving rather than reacting.
Connection
Rebuilding the muscle of trust — with community, with mentors, with the local church that has been waiting to walk with you.
A person their family, employer, and city can lean on.
Every competency serves one purpose: the graduate becomes someone their household, workplace, and community can rely on.
